This page says plainly what happens to your information on this website. It covers this site only — the ECG+ app has its own terms.

When you ask for a consultation
The form takes your name and email, and optionally your phone number, a description of your project, and how you’d prefer to be contacted. Only the first two are required. It also carries a hidden field that people never see and automated spam usually fills — if it’s filled in, the message is discarded.
We use it to get back to you about your project. It goes into ECG+, our own software, and notifies our team so someone answers the same day. We keep enquiries for 24 months — long enough to pick a conversation back up where it left off — and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
How you found us
When you arrive we note any campaign tags on the link you followed (for example utm_source, or a click identifier from an advert), the site that referred you, and which page you landed on. It is held in your browser for the length of your visit and sent with your enquiry if you choose to send one, so we can tell which of our efforts actually help homeowners find us. It is not used to build a profile of you.
The demo you can try on this page
The phone on this page runs a genuine conversation with our AI. What you type is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply — that is how it answers — but we do not store it: no message, no photo, and no account is created. Close the tab and it is gone. It cannot book anything, send anything, or reach a person, and in a real emergency you should call 911.
Measurement and cookies
We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you.
If we run adverts, we may ask — with a banner, before anything loads — to use Meta’s advertising cookie so we can tell which adverts bring people here. It is entirely optional, nothing on this site needs it, and if you decline it is never loaded. Your answer is remembered in your own browser; clearing your browser data will make us ask again.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services we use to run this site and answer you — our own ECG+ software, our hosting and analytics provider, our AI provider for the demo, and our email provider.
Changes
If we change what this site collects, we change this page in the same breath and update the date at the top.
