This page says plainly what happens to your information on this website. It covers this site only — the ECG+ app has its own terms.

When you ask for a consultation
The form takes your name and email, and optionally your phone number, a description of your project, and how you’d prefer to be contacted. Only the first two are required. It also carries a hidden field that people never see and automated spam usually fills — if it’s filled in, the message is discarded.
We use it to get back to you about your project. It goes into ECG+, our own software, and notifies our team so someone answers the same day. We keep enquiries for 24 months — long enough to pick a conversation back up where it left off — and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
How you found us
When you arrive we note any campaign tags on the link you followed (for example utm_source, or a click identifier from an advert), the site that referred you, and which page you landed on. That is taken once, on your first visit, and isn’t changed afterwards — so it tells us what first brought you here, rather than wherever you happened to have been last. It is held in your browser for the length of your visit and sent with your enquiry if you choose to send one, so we can tell which of our efforts actually help homeowners find us. It is not used to build a profile of you.
If measurement is on in your browser, we also record the identifier Google Analytics uses to recognise that browser, so an enquiry can be matched to the visit that produced it. If measurement is off — by your choice below, or because your browser sends a Do Not Sell or Share signal — there is no identifier to send, and none is stored. We keep that record beside your enquiry rather than inside it, so you can ask us to delete the identifier and keep the enquiry itself.
The demo you can try on this page
The phone on this page runs a genuine conversation with our AI. What you type is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply — that is how it answers — but we do not store it: no message, no photo, and no account is created. Close the tab and it is gone. It cannot book anything, send anything, or reach a person, and in a real emergency you should call 911.
Measurement and cookies
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and don’t identify you. We also use Google Analytics, which does use cookies, so that we can tell which pages help people and which adverts actually brought someone here rather than guessing.
Earthcore Group owns both this site and the Earthcore+ app, and we link the two so that one person who visits both is counted once instead of twice. We also let Google recognise returning visitors across devices, which is how we can tell whether an advert led to a booking — and how we may show you our own adverts again later. We don’t sell your information, and nothing you type into a form or a project is used for advertising.
In Google’s terms these are the Google Analytics advertising features: Google signals, which recognises visitors who are signed in to Google across their devices; remarketing audiences, which is how we may show you our own adverts again; and reports about the age, gender and interests of visitors as a group. They apply to visitor traffic only. You can turn all of it off for yourself with the switch below or with the Global Privacy Control signal, and you can turn off personalised advertising across everything Google does in Google’s Ads Settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.
We don’t interrupt you with a cookie pop-up. This is the notice instead, and the choice is here rather than in a box over the page. If your browser sends a Do Not Sell or Share signal (Global Privacy Control), we treat that as a no without you having to do anything.
And “no” means off, not quieter: on a browser that has opted out, or that sends that signal, Google Analytics is switched off entirely — not merely stripped of cookies.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services we use to run this site and answer you — our own ECG+ software, our hosting and analytics providers (including Google Analytics), our AI provider for the demo, and our email provider.

To ask about licensing a photograph, or about a project you see here, use the consultation form or email info@earthcoregroup.com. People appear in our photographs only with their consent, and we never publish a client’s address.
Changes
If we change what this site collects, we change this page in the same breath and update the date at the top.
