A pool is the one project where the drawing and the ground have to agree completely. We design it, permit it, and build it ourselves — one team from the first sketch to the last stone set, so nothing gets lost between the people who drew it and the people who pour it.
Site visit
Every project starts with a walk. We meet you at the property, hear how you actually live in the space, and read the grades, the drainage, the light — the things that decide what's possible. Nobody signs anything on day one.
Design
It starts by hand: a concept drawn in watercolour over your survey, so you can see the place before anyone breaks ground. Our design team then draws the whole property to scale — grading, drainage, planting, lighting, structures — and where the county requires engineering, the drawings are stamped. You review the renders until the plan reads like the place you meant.
Permitting
With renders approved, we take the plans through the civil and city process ourselves — site plans, permits, inspections — so you never stand in a county line. The whole set — boundary survey, site plan, grading, erosion control — is assembled and checked in ECG+ before it goes to the county. Timelines there belong to the county, not to us; what we own is preparation so nothing bounces, and straight answers about where it stands.
The estimate
The estimate lands as a full scope with real numbers, not a ballpark over the phone. Our trusted subcontractors bid against each other for the work — not against you. The consultation that starts it all is free, and the number you get is one we can actually build.
Materials and build
Before a single machine arrives, the stone, pavers, lumber, and plant material are sourced and staged. Then our own crews, our own equipment — the people who drew the plan are the people standing on it. In ECG+ you watch the build rise week by week with photos from the field. Most contractors go quiet. We built an app so we can't.
